Recipe: African Beef Stew

I love any meal that's slow cooked and super flavorful.  Beef stew is one of my favorite such meals.  I'm always looking for new variations on recipes that I love. So when I came across this recipe I was really excited.  Please note that I made some alterations from the original recipe cus I likes everything spicy.  But the alterations didn't take the heat factor too far.  If you're sensitive to spicy food just cut out the cayenne and Scotch bonnets.

Recipe Trifecta: Soup, Soup and Soup

The hubby and I decided to do a cleanse for a week, which required us to drink this unappetizing detox juice and cut out booze, meat, cheese and as much processed food as possible.
