My hubz brings me so much joy. So I’m always looking for ways to put a smile on his face. I was walking through Joann’s one day when I came upon a bin of faux fur for 70% off. I didn’t know what I was going to do with it. But I knew that it might come in handy at some point. While trying to figure out how to turn the fur into a awesomely ridiculous gift for my husband who is a lover of all things blush. First I thought maybe a pillow or something he could lounge on. Then it came to me, how about something he could lounge in?

The Road to a #MeMade Wardrobe: Burda Style 6316

One of my girlfriends invited a bunch of us up to Joshua Tree to help her celebrate her birthday. And I was so excited about not only being included but staying in the dessert, a hot tub in the house and doing a sound bath that I made THREE garments for the trip. One of the garments was a pair of harem pants that I made to wear to the sound bath at the Integretron. My hubby, jealous that I’m always making myself sweet duds and never making him anything, insisted I make him a pair too. When I was doing his fitting, he was stretching, doing splits and high kicks because, “I need to make sure I can use my special set of skills in these pants. They gotta be functional, ya know?” God I love him.
