Style Fashion Week Los Angeles: SS18 Day 1

Day 1 of Style Fashion Week was last night at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.  And it definitely delivered with a slew of interesting fashion.

I was worried I wouldn't be camera ready.  But I tied it all together with time to spare and came up with this little hot number:

Anyway, you guys don't care about how amazing I looked, let's get to the fashion!

First up was Adriana Sahar with all types of faux fur, shiny ass foolishness.  But I was lowkey here for it.

Next up was Merlin Castell.  He brought the extravaganza.  There was more shiny foolishness.  But he added volume to his pieces.  I kept seeing General Zod's crew from Superman II in his design.  Don't worry, that's a good thing.  I've always wanted a jumpsuit like Ursa.

The last show that I saw (there was actually another two designers and several music performances that I missed) was Andre Emery.  His line was a little more subdued comparatively.  But I felt he brought a nice level of class with his designs.  I particularly liked his menswear.

And here are a few pics of some of the beautiful people that were there:
