Recipe: Caesar Chicken

Chile, if this wasn’t about the easiest quickest recipe I ever done made, I don’t know what was. And tasty AF! Yes Lawd!

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless

1 cup Caesar salad dressing (click for homemade recipe)

½ cup sour cream

1-1½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon season salt

2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, divided

¼ cup parsley, chopped

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375° and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Sprinkle the breasts on both sides with black pepper, salt, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes and coat with parmesan cheese. Place in the baking dish.

3. Whisk together Caesar dressing and sour cream in a small bowl. Pour the Caesar/sour cream mixture over the breasts then sprinkle the remaining teaspoon of red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

4. Place the prepared chicken in the oven and bake at for 30 minutes or until a meat is cooked through.

5. Serve over rice or with spaghetti squash and garnish with parsley.
